Tradition and authenticity are the heart and soul of Greek cuisine... Timis’ family has honored these values since 1991, placing the rich cuisine of Lindos at the very heart of its business and evolving it further, in order to keep up with the current gastronomic trends.

Our history

Our story dates back to 1991 when Timi and his wife Mary decided to turn their family house (an amazing 16th century Lindian Captain’s house) into a unique Mediterranean restaurant. Their urge was to offer authentic flavours from Greece, Cyprus and other Mediterranean origins using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.

Their passion has inspired the next generation of the family, who continue to honour the tradition of Timis‘ Place and strive to perfect our recipes, while maintaining a high standard of service to all of our customers.
